QUINLAN, TX – On Kaitlyn and Bret’s wedding day at The White Sparrow Barn, the weather forecast called for pouring rain all afternoon and into the evening. I expected rain boots, puddles, and an umbrella in hands of every guest. While heavy rain did fall for most of the afternoon, when it stopped that evening just as we began Kaitlyn and Bret’s portraits together, we were blessed by nature refreshed with life and some of the day’s most gorgeous light. Kaitlyn and Bret made it easy to completely forget the passing storms. They are a stunning couple with an even more beautiful marriage ahead of them. They promised each other a lifetime of selfless love and togetherness as their families and friends surrounded them with endless support. It was a day emotion-filled day of love letters, stolen kisses, joyful celebration, and a private last dance that brought tears to my eyes. Kaitlyn and Bret, I have nothing but fond memories from your precious day. Thank you so much for choosing me to document one of the most important days of your life! I wish you nothing but the best as you begin your married life in Houston together. I know that your kindness, faith, and incredible desire to serve and nurture each other will only bring you closer together every single day. Congratulations, sweet newlyweds!
